1. Where CuraKey stands today
CuraKey is a digital health identity product built by Vermaco Healthcare, currently in active development and not yet available for general use. The live demonstration at curakey.in/app.html is a prototype for illustration only — it runs entirely in your browser, uses sample data, is not connected to any real account system, and does not store, transmit, or process real patient health information. Nothing you enter there is saved to a server.
2. Who these terms are for
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to anyone who visits curakey.in or curakey.co (the "Site"), including anyone who requests early access or joins the waitlist. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
The Site and waitlist are intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. A parent or legal guardian may request early access on behalf of, and later manage, records for a minor dependent once CuraKey launches — but the Site itself is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information directly from, children under 13. 4. Requesting early access
The "Request early access" link opens your own email client addressed to us — we only receive what you choose to send. Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account or entitle you to a specific launch date; we're onboarding gradually as CuraKey nears launch.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any data not belonging to you;
- Don't interfere with or disrupt the Site;
- Don't submit false or fraudulent information through any contact channel; and
- Don't use the Site in violation of applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The CuraKey name, logo, and the content, design, and layout of the Site are owned by Vermaco Healthcare or its licensors. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but not reproduce or redistribute it commercially without written permission.
7. No warranty
The Site, and the demonstration prototype in particular, are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The prototype is illustrative only and should not be relied on as a description of any finished feature.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CuraKey and Vermaco Healthcare will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the demonstration prototype.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Mohali, Punjab, India.
10. Changes to these Terms
We expect these Terms to change materially before general availability, when CuraKey begins handling real health records. We'll post the update here with a new "Last updated" date, and — for material changes affecting waitlist members — try to notify by email.
